IHCA Class Rule Book updated

The IHCA Rule Book has been updated after the wording has been further clarified by the Rules Committee (based on the feedback received during the comment period) and finally by World Sailing. This was from the comment period 24/01/2025, on the proposed change proposals to Hobie General Rule 10, Hobie 14 Rule 5.1 c), and Hobie 16 Rule 6.1 c).
